We were a group of 15 adults and 7 children, we were spell bound by the place and Rakesh the owner of the estate. We had booked the full home stay for us and it was like our own place for 2 days. The moment we landed at bethel Rakesh was there to receive us and we were offered lime juice to refresh, once we all settled in our respective rooms Rakesh briefed us for our post lunch activities. The lunch was too good and hot. The food had variety ,quality and quantity and then we left for White water rafting but we couldn\'t go for rafting as we landed late. Next we went to Tata tea estate and spend some time there. We returned to our home stay and had a camp fire party, we were served snacks and we were all surprised by the verity and so was the dinner , here i would like to mention the DAL it was awesome. The next day one batch left at 6.30 Am for rafting and then the second batch left at 11.30 Am. One must experience this or else you are missing something you need not know swimming as it is very safe - but please follow the safety instruction very carefully and avoid alcoholic drinks before rafting. In our group also we had only three swimmer\'s out of 15 so it is very safe to for this sport. Post lunch we went to Irrupu falls what an amazing place it is again suggested by Rakesh , but please be careful here . Back from the falls we had camp fire party and as usual Rakesh won our hearts with his lip smacking snacks and dinner. On the 3rd day we had our breakfast and here again rakesh touched our heart\'s as he insted that we carry some bread and parota\'s for the kids to have on the way as we delayed our check out from the original timming of 8.30 Am to 11.30 Am. On the way back Rakesh advised us to be careful of the timing as we had our train from Mysore at 2015 hrs and being dusseraha Mysore will have traffic jams so we decided to visit only Nisargadham and we made it on time for the train. I am also posting some of the pics and off course the pic of our hero of the trip Rakesh More » « Hide
