We visited manali during 23rd to 26th March, 2012 and stayed in Hotel Snow Park. We were utterly disappointed with the hotel service and room qualities. We stayed in a super deluxe room but even in that room, the curtains were all dusty, sofa not cleaned, walls were all out of paint. They had bathtub in the bathrrom, but the buth tub cap was missing(LoL), hence, no chance of taking a bath in that. Service was also pathetic, they claimed to be a 3 star hotel, but provided the toileteries only once during our three day stay, did not even change the toilate papers. The wall electric sockets of the rooms were even open, they had an LCD tv in the room but with pathetic cable service and was barely watchable. Only +ve side seemed to us was their food, which was to some extent good and reasonably priced.
