This place was the worst experience of the whole North India trip (Amritsar, Dalhousie,... .. This place was the worst experience of the whole North India trip (Amritsar, Dalhousie, Dharamshala, Kullu, Manali, Shimla, Chandigarh) of 17 days. Bathroom stinks. Bad room service. No service after 10:30 p.m. At Rs. 1400/night, its not worth the stay. Only good thing is the proximity to \'Mall Road\'. Best if you can avoid it, unless they have improved themselves.
