The Dune is an excellent place to chill and relax...worth mentioning that it comes with a price !... .. The Dune is an excellent place to chill and relax...worth mentioning that it comes with a price ! The stay is pricey compared to any other resort in the area , though worth it all I guess ... My two year old son calls The Dune our "new home" and has fresh memories of our stay two months back in May 2011. Though Pondy is HOT in May, the resort is excellent ... the pool is lovely and so is their in house organic farm... They have lots to ensure we don't need to step out of the place. We stayed in the Wood House and must compliment the place, it was a lovely cottage with a private garden and a backyard and one of their 4 pet dogs to keep company always ! More » « Hide

The most harrowing experience we had of travelling through the potholed roads of Alibag to get here was compensated by the peace and beauty of the Resort. It\'s just so amazingly peaceful that we can only hear the waves of the sea.... We stayed in a Single unit , the price of which we thought was slightly steep....Rs.6,500 for one night....But I can say it was well worth it... More » « Hide

The place stands up to its punchline \'In the lap of nature\'....you are awakened in the morning... .. The place stands up to its punchline \'In the lap of nature\'....you are awakened in the morning with a gushing stream and chirping sound of hundred birds...the view from every cottage is mindblowing....The rooms are soo well constructed in a way that there is a view from everyyy cottage, the mountains are breathtaking....The staff adds on to the location, veryy cordial and pleasant staff.
