We stayed at Anandvan resort in May 2007. We were a little hesitant initially since Bhandardara is at it\'s best only in monsoon and is not a summer destination in true sense. The resort charges are also a little high. But it was really worth it. The resort is located on a hill overlooking the Arthur lake and this makes a great ambience. It was always very windy when at resort and we never felt the summer heat. The nights in fact were a little chilly. The lake-view cottages are the best. They are spacious with a bedroom and a living room with a private garden for each cottage. It\'s the best destination for relaxing. The food at resort was very good and the staff very courteous. Overall it was a great experience for me and my family.
