Best part of the hotel, free access to 77th and 84th floors to see bangkok skyline at day and night. This is the highest building in thailand and lots of activities inside the hotel incl. Golf course on 18th floor, swimming pool on 20th floor, dining at 81st floor, building replica and other photo taking opportunities on 77th floor etc. I liked all this but did not like the size of the superior room - ours was on 26th floor though room view was also not bad. Reception also needs to be prompt given the number of guests checking in and out every day. Overall - views of bangkok - best you can get from any hotel, not great rooms and quality of customer service. Overall rating thus between 5-6. Thank you
