First of all the location was far from the railway station and the moment we entered the reception we were rudely treated in the sense that inspite of booking well in advance and clearly mentioning that we were 2 adults and 2 child aged 16 and 12 respectively we were told to take a bigger room.it was only after i made my pont clear that we were checked in. It was horrible
