Totally 6 small beaches scattered over Gokarna. Only two of them reachable by road, other by foot..... Totally 6 small beaches scattered over Gokarna. Only two of them reachable by road, other by foot or boat. These are very small beaches if you have the beaches of Goa, Chennai, Murudeshwar or even Kovalam in mind. This is practically a slightly developed village. So, dont expect good acco, food and touristy facilities. More » « Hide

Not recommended for families. The rooms are very ill maintained and looks like a General Hospital... .. Not recommended for families. The rooms are very ill maintained and looks like a General Hospital Ward. The beds infact are the hospital type bed. The Toilet is indian style but luckily clean. The rooms are mosquito infested. The over ambience of room was such that we ran away from there the very next day. More » « Hide
