Peeling, a small town of the West District of Sikkim, barely 50 KM bird eye view of Kanchanzonga, one can really enjoy the scenic view of Kanchanzonga from seating in his hotel Room. And needless to mention, the sightsines, there are plenty, many places to visit and enjoy, It will take minimum two days to visit all the palces near Pelling. The important are Kecharapali Lake, numorous waterfalls, monestries etc. including Ranbatsay Ruines of King\'s Palace. One can enjpy white water rafting while going back to Bagdogra or Jalpaigudi from Pelling at The conflence of River Tista and Rangit.
Best period to visit Pelling is during Summer and Winter, for summer one needs to carry lite woolen, but for winter, heavy woolen cloths are required.
