Hotel has very few View Rooms, as such there is demand for the same, afer lot of deliberation with the reception people, luckly I got good room giving full view of 180 degree particularly Kanchanzonga Peak, and other hills including vally. Hotel as compare to the place is good, Food is very nice, but you have to order before 1800 Hrs in the evening, otherwise you will not get the food, and will have to venture out for the same. Though nearby restuarants serve good food, so don\'t worry about food. One can get all information including local taxi from the hotel, but I will advice to hire from outside travel agency, one can not negotiate much, but of course one can bagen for good vehicle, as the rate for sight seen are almost comparable and fixed. Peeling, a small town of the West District of Sikkim, barely 50 KM bird eye view of Kanchanzonga, one can really enjoy the scenic view of Kanchanzonga from seating in his hotel Room. And needless to mention, the sightsines, there are plenty, many places to visit and enjoy, It will take minimum two days to visit all the palces near Pelling. The important are Kecharapali Lake, numorous waterfalls, monestries etc. including Ranbatsay Ruines of King\'s Palace. One can enjpy white water rafting while going back to Bagdogra or Jalpaigudi from Pelling at The conflence of River Tista and Rangit. Best period to visit Pelling is during Summer and Winter, for summer one needs to carry lite woolen, but for winter, heavy woolen cloths are required. More » « Hide
