gulmarg is a small place. though the hotel is situated very near to the famous shiv temple, but quite a distance from the gondola ride. the stay was average. when we reached on april 10th, the rooms were not centrally heated, which we found as a drawback. it was severe cold even at that time due to rains and snow fall on hills. the staff is pleasing. but considering the place the place was ok.
