The overall experience was really good.The service can be worked upon.The service provided at other RGBC resorts is a little better than this place.This is my third vacation with RGBC i have previously stayed at Royal Palms & Montrio.The pools & the gym are very well maintained.Its a very good place for kids as there is a kids play area & there are people to take care of the kids aswell.

To start with the booking went fine,but the road map provided at the back of the confirmation letter was so bad it took us about an hour to locate this place.The lobby area & the front office was ok.but the path way to the rooms was not well maintained.Once we got to the room it was not well maintained the beds were not very comfy & clean.The prices of the food was too much & was not value for money.
