We had a good time in this hotel, nothing was disheartening. They provided us great service, clean rooms ,a warm welcome, nice peaceful and calm location.... what was not that great is food, i wont say it was so bad but i didn\'t like it. overall a memorable trip.

Not the best places to stay for executive level--rooms are dirty and filthy, wi-fi doesnt work contrary to their claims that they have the facilities all round and all time..they have it in down stairs only but it doesnt work all the time..cant provide money receipts for a car booked, food are sub-standards, little outskirts, altho it claimed to be opposite to VT Station..

Best Experience: AC sounds horrifying, toilets flush doesnt work

Worst Experience: Over-charged rates while room was shifted for smelly ones to better ones.

Booking system is the best. No advance payment was nedded when i booked rooms from kolkata over telephone. Room service could have been better. Recreation facilities are not up to the mark.

Best Experience: BOOKING SYSTEM IS THE BEST. NO ADVANCE PAYMENT WAS NEDDED WHEN I BOOKED ROOMS FROM KOLKATA OVER TELEPHONE. ROOM SERVICE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. RECREATION FACILITIES ARE NOT UP TO THE MARK.
