We had visited to Blue Breeze last week of May at Lagdgahr beach area. I believe you will agree with me that internet has brought revolution in the world. People rely on this source of information and they trust on the information they get. I visited to Blue Breeze site and found the information which was quite pleasant and we thought to have a perfect weekend however, it’s rightly said “every glitters are not gold”. We had a tough time with our stay. It’s not blame however; better service and customer focus is the need of service hospitality industry which was missing at Blue Breeze. We didn’t have the service which were committed. We prefer Blue Breeze to Aryavrat. We visited to Aryavrat for lunch and believe me, it's worth spending time over there. I will prefer to stay at Aryavrat compared to Ladghar resorts.

Best Experience: There are not only bad points however; the quality of cottages is pretty good. Moreover, this creates big overall expectations.

Worst Experience: 1. No flexibility with the food service though we received the commitment before the booking. You simply can’t refuse to deliver. Resort Management failed to convince with the reason. 2. A relaxed trip with good memories energize people for do his job, challenges much easier. First and foremost, you are committed to deliver the best of your services and this is what you would claim for. There were a lot of constrains in the resort and we were feeling helpless. If I shared my food preference a week before then I don’t think there should be any excuse. 3. We didn’t found value of money considering the cottage rent (2250/-). There was no intercom, recreational facility was tagged with dining which is not good if somebody is having food at the point, no walkway garden, limited or no children playing zone.
