overall enjoyable resort. check in was fast and the manager was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are well maintained,and the resort itself is quite new. no coffee/tea maker,fruit basket etc as claimed. Staff were very good. South Indian food was good. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Check out was also very fast.

Starting from our booking to stay and travel everything was well assisted.

I had been to Ooty and then to Wayanad. The drive to Ooty from Masinagudi through the hilly region was excellent even though very steep up hill drive. The city of Ooty is not something to look at; the shopping area is filthy, full of foul smell. However, the hotel and places outsite the town made this trip memorable.

Best Experience: The best experience was definitely the Toy Train ride ooty to Conoor and back. We had booked the ticket through irctc well in advance based on suggestions from Chandru at palve sugavasam. We got the front seats, which gave both the valley view and the greenery through which the train was moving (at 10kmph). I would give a 5 star rating for ooty and surroundings just for this toy train experience. Everything else is a bonus :) I was worried about the hotel stay for the moeny I paid. However, to my surprise I got the best experience. The hotel staff were very courteous. They were willing to accommodate every thing they could. The view from the hotel was extremely good. From the room I was, I could see nice reflection from the next door tea plantation from early morning sun. It was very refreshing to sit and watch the valley from the balconies.

Really a nice vacation.. thought it was short, it was my second visit to ooty and i was able manage it properly without any problems

Best Experience: Hotel plave sugavasam, is one of the best hotels I have stayed in... hotel is at good location, 2 kms away from ooty market place, but ideal to experience the green scenery, mountains , tea gardens for which ooty is meant to.. Good, Clean, good maintained rooms, restaurant

Worst Experience: Not a real, still the temp was to low and I needed a room heater for my parents which we did not have... else otherwise Best stay

Overall it was a Wonderful holiday trip for our family. We really enjoyed our stay in Palve Sugavasam. The service was Great ? always with a smile, food was really good and location was outstanding.

Best Experience: We stayed almost 4 days with two small kids and hotel food didn?t spoil our appetite. They were not too picky about the check in or checkout times ? we had a relaxed stay.

Worst Experience: Need to get a diamond or better room for good view.
