puri hotel is a nice hotel being maintained as a five star property.It is facing to the sea shore which gives facinating scenareo to the guest in evening.Its in houe operation and the attendants are too nice.

Best Experience: I got the room on top floor facing to sea shore.I enjoyed a lot in evening taking drinks sitting at the balcony.

Worst Experience: See,whereever you go will find some bad experience too.Idont remember such happening during my stay.

The tour to Srinagar, Daksum includ Sinthom Top, Khir Bhawani mandir, Manasbal and Wullar Lake was excellent. The local Kashmir people are well behaved and very co-operative. It is very nice to share the tour experience with them. Their helpful character impressed my family more then expectation. The Hotel staff and vehicle driver were nice and impressive.

Best Experience: Co-operation and talking with tourist by vehicle driver was very very good. They were very faithful. I was keeping my small bags inside the vehicle. One incident I forgot my money bag inside the vehicle, but the driver returned me my money bag and told sir, please check your money and important documents.

Worst Experience: In one case due to my fault I missed my actual Spicejet flight for Srinager to Delhi. The management of Spicejet provided seats to my family in the next available flight.

From gate man to booking staff need training that the person are going there are not poor. They are going for enjoy not by forced. Room not for animal also. Dog will be to do something in toilet.

Best Experience: Only sea very close.

Worst Experience: Whole hotel.

1. Great location 2. Great view from room 3. Good Service 4. Room could have been cleaner. But being a budget hotel this was probably ok.

Best Experience: The best thing about this hotel is 80% of the rooms are sea facing. The ambiance around the hotel is great, always buzzing with people and always carrying a festive mood, with the roaring sea in the background.

Worst Experience: Food was not that good. This is that the hotel can definitely improve on.
