My Journey from Mumbai to Jaipur was awesome I stepped in train at 3:00 pm and the train started at 3:45 pm. The train was on time. It is the fastest train from Mumbai to Jaipur. I was in Sleeper class so there was no AC. The seats were good and there are many amazing views you can see like the Narmada River. At night it stops at Ratlam station were you can buy Ratlami sev (The most famous of Ratlam).
The toilets were clean and you can buy food from train itself (I recommend not to buy) and no bedding was provided in the train. Overall, the experience was good.
Last year I went to Mumbai for a holiday and I went by train. Jaipur Bandra Superfast was really a nice experience. The trains run on time and I reached my destination exact on time. As the average speed of the train is above 55 km/hr, as per Indian Railway rules, its fare includes a superfast surcharge.
The departure time is good. You can start your journey after regular working hours, spend night in the journey and by next day noon, you have reached your destination. That is a good way to save on your sightseeing time.
Moreover, once you reached Jaipur, you have on your hand enough time to visit at least a good tourist spot or shop around the teeming markets.
The train was on the dot and the food was average in taste but is good quality. The sheets and blankets provided were clean and warm ( just from the washing cycles).
It was an awesome train with respect to service but the one and only problem was budget as there was not much difference in between flight and train tickets. But one can get tickets easily for this train. I got good, hygienic toilets and bedding. They were standard people and it was a great experience.
The train journey from Mumbai Central to Jaipur by JP Express is very comfortable as it starts at 7 pm from Mumbai and reaches Jaipur at 12.30 pm. Normally it is always on time. The food quality from pantry is good. You get good Kachori in Kota Junction. The toilet of the train needs to be cleaned in regular intervals.
