This 5year old resort, spread over 19 acres & owned by Bollywood personality Sanjay Khan, is built in the style of the Moorish-Spanish casitas. The spa here provides facilities like sauna and steam rooms, treatment rooms for face and body, massages, wraps, hydrotherapy suite and a salon. The Spa also features a healthcare complex - Studio D'Image - providing corrective cosmetic surgeries conducted by plastic surgeons. The resort has three restaurants and two bars.

Rooms & Amenities
The Resort offers 132 rooms, 18 Deluxe Suites and 2 Presidential Suites (the "Tipu Sultan" and the "Poorniya."). The rooms are located in eleven pavilions and feature a balcony or sit out. The Presidential suites have their own gardens and overlook the 130 meters lagoon-shaped swimming pool. The resort has wheelchair access to rooms. Amenities: individually controlled a/c, in-room safe, satellite television, direct dial telephone with PC data port, Mini-bar, Coffee and tea maker. Conference facilities are available in the form of five meeting rooms. Other facilities include Business Centre, tennis and squash courts, jogging track, indoor games, Children's Nursery / Playroom, money changer, 24 hour coffee shop, liquor license, travel desk, laundry, Room service, and doctor on call.
