Bheemeshwari food, sight-seeing and shopping options
If you are fussy about hygiene and food, kindly take your own food or local food available at Muttati only. The food and accommodation is available at Jungle lodges properties at Bhimeshwari, Galibore and Doddamakali- The cost of Tented accommodation is Rs 1900/- and Log huts Rs 2500/- per head includes food, accommodation, forest entry fees, trekking, coracle ride.

Galibore Fishing and Nature Camp is on the banks of the River Cauvery. It is a government-run resort which has exclusive fishing rights to several stretches along the river Cauvery. The catch and release method of Mahseer is the highlight of the camp and guests are provided with local fishing guides. Coracle rides, angling and nature walks are other options here. The fishing season is from February to mid-May, but best climate to visit is Aug-Feb.
Rooms & Amenities
Galibore Fishing and Nature Camp have 10-tented cottages with attached bath and hammocks outside each cottage. There is no electricity, but they provide hurricane/solar lamps. Buffet-style multi-cuisine veg and non-veg food is served, and there are barbecues in the evening by a bonfire. Advanced booking can be made by credit cards, but the payments at the camp are by cash only.
