Sikkim food, sight-seeing and shopping options
Sight seeing comes under 3 main packages :
5 points , 7 Points, 11 Points and can be easily booked by Hotel where you are staying or directly by any cab driver (which saves your money).
i will advise you to take a 7 point tour it contains all necessary stuff rest all the tours are waste of time and money. 7 point wil cost you around 500 - 900 rs/- Depending on your bargaining abilities.
NOT TO BE MISSED : Ranka Monastry , Rumtek Monastry , Jhakri falls , institute of tibetology(which is a very nice small museum), Flower Show , Ropeway , Ganesh tok and Cottage and Hand loom industry .
If you want to shop for very cheap electronic stuff then i will suggest you to shop at siliguri : complex at back of bus station , Hongkong Market here electronic gadgets are at throw away prices totally unbelievable prices but you have to bargain a lot .

Hotel Nor-Khill is a heritage hotel, originally built in 1932 as a royal guest house by the king of Sikkim. Decorated with traditional Thankas, the resort also has a garden with rare varieties of orchids. The Peak season is from Apr-June and from Sept -Nov.
Rooms & Amenities
Nor-Khill has 25 rooms with satellite TV and telephone facility. The restaurant serves multi-cuisine, and the Dragon bar has local Sikkimese drinks in addition to the usual bar stocks. Facilities include money changer, babysitting, dry cleaning, travel desk, fax and internet. Banquet and conference facilities are also available. Major credit cards accepted.
