Worst Experience: The only bad point was their service esp. room service.We waited for 1 hour after ordering food as we wanted to avoid eating out during the solar eclipse. They said it will take 30mins due to rush at their restaurant. After following up after 1 hour, they had completely forgotten and took our order afresh and delivered it in 15mins. Other negatives included asking for all that was complimentary starting from welcome drink, fruit platter, bottle of wine.

Best Experience: Checking out sooner than planned! The service was so bad we decided to leave after a day!
Worst Experience: The room was nice, but the Airconditioner did not work. After repeated calls to the housekeeping we were told that it could not be fixed. The shower dispensed hot water only for about 5 minutes. So I had to finish my shower with the water progressively growing cold. Room service took forever to arrive and my morning coffee was cold by the time it arrived. I did not even attempt using the jacuzzi, after my experience with the shower. When I complained, I did not receive an apology or a replacement.

Worst Experience: We called in and after much harping about how they were always full, and they did not have the right room for us etc. they finally provided the booking. Emailed us the confirmation, while copying the same to 20 people. We land up at the resort, they don\'t have a booking for us. The place is practically empty for a weekend. Must be about 8 - 10 bookings, in a property that has 14 one room suites alone. + Executive rooms etc. etc. So all the bull during the booking process was a sham. Finally after 20 odd mins they check us in. We order room service, A simple order, French Fries, Milkshake and a Brownie. After 45 mins when we called to inquire about the order still not delivered, the guy on the phone curtly informs us that since this is room service it takes time. 10 Mins later the order is delivered, the bill is fine, but the delivery is a Cucumber sandwich, that we did not order. In the evening we tried to ask if they had Ice Beer, the lady that picks the phone says no but will check and after a min. just bangs the phone down. When we call back to speak to the manager he says, she could not hear a thing so she put the phone down. When I ask why she couldn\'t call back he says, \'If you want to complain go ahead\' Dinner Buffet Menu - 1 tasteless veg soup, fish fry and a mutton kheema & pasta both of which had seen better days. I guess the Chef pays them to cook there. The service at the table was lousy. The staff began bad mouthing and abusing a guest in Kannada the local lingo, loud enough for the rest of the guests to hear, when he asked for A la carte menu, for which they did not respond to him for over 20 mins. with a yes it is possible or no it is not. Simple answer but, the geniuses there couldn\'t figure it out. We ran away from the place first thing in the morning when we saw burnt croissants on offer for breakfast. I cannot imagine the number of OK reviews for this place. The infra is good, service and food are pathetic. In league with a crass me too resort.
