(how to get the best out of an Bihar holiday)

It has the excavation site of the Mauryan Empire, an interesting state museum with Mauryan and Gandhara artifacts, and the Har Mandir Sahib, one of the holiest Sikh destinations. The River Ganga flows by Patna and Gaya, which is an important holy town of Bihar where thousands of pilgrims flock daily. The star of Bihar tourism is the Buddhist circuit of Nalanda, the greatest university of ancient India and Bodh Gaya, where the Buddha attained enlightenment.
