Chandigarh is a beautiful, very well planned city. I visited Chandigarh in February. The weather is superb, the roads very clean and the atmosphere very calm without the hustle and bustle thats present in other cities. Food, sight-seeing and shopping
There are a few very good places to visit. Rose and Rock Garden are 2 must-visit places. Sector 17 is one of the best areas to stay. I stayed in Hotel Sunbeam - a very good place. Activities & things to do

You can reach Chandigarh by direct train from Mumba. e.g Swaraj express which leaves from Bandra station. From the rly station, you get auto's to almost all parts of Chandigarh. |
