Food, sight-seeing and shopping
Goa boasts of numerous options for vegetarian and sea food lovers alike. Not just the food, the loaction is just perfect. One can try sea-food at Souza Lobo right at Calangute beach or Sonic bar near Anjuna Beach just for its proximity to the sea. Tito's at Baga and Club cabana on the way to anjuna are options available for Pub goers. Club cabana is perched on top of a hillock but the food options are limited to various toppings of Pizzas. Whereas Titos is close to Baga beach and has a nice restrauant.

Activities & things to do
Water sports are available at baga and calangute beach. Although we did not try but para gliding was available at Vagator. Water scooter is a must try but do a bit of bargaining before going for it. Get yourself a tattoo if you wish, herbal massage, beer and a swim in the sea and you have a perfect outing.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc.
Panjim is the closest airport, while Thivim is the nearest railway station. Taxis are available and for budget travellers buses are available via mapusa from both the places. One can hire a scooter/bike/car. A bike normally costs INR 200-250. Do your bit of bargaining. Petrol pump is quite a distance from the beach, but petrol is easily available in 1 ltr bottles in most of the shops. Price is variable, from INR 55-60.
