Foods, restaurant etc is local and I believe that when you are so close to natural beauty these things do not matter much. You would love to spend more time visiting the temples and churches. Manali, Shimla (market), Kullu ( don't forget to see the shawl factory) are places you would love to see. Shopping for shawls, winter clothings is really cheap and good Activities & things to do
We were just there for site visits... just carry some woolen clothes along if going in winter. Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc.
