Food, sight-seeing and shopping
I had started from Kovalam then went to Alleppey, after that Thekkady, then Munnar. Every place has its own variety. Light house beach of Kovalam is as good as Goa, may be better. Aleppey?s houseboat experience is also a must see destination. Then you must buy spices, go for wild life tracking and elephant ride. And finally Munnar: must stay for 2-3 night for relax and see the beauty of hills and tea garden, and must buy tea from Tata?s fresh shop.

Activities & things to do
In Kovalam you have water sport and sunbath, in Alleppey must go for house boat in back water. Thekkady, must go for wildlife tracking or bamboo rafting, not go for boat ride. In Munnar go for boating and sight seeing to see beauty at top station.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc.
I think one can go by air to Trivandrum. Then go to Kovalam -Alleppey- Thekkady- Munnar- Cochin then take flight or train. For internal travel taxis and buses are available, go directly to taxi driver association, their rates are fixed. Ask for detailed brochure so nobody can cheat you.
