the destination is fabulous.. its like heaven. it is situated at the sides of the river..people and the culture there is very different it brings a change.the hotel complemented the place .the view from the hotel is great stunning view. the people three are very soft spoken and very helpful.

Best Experience: the food there has a different taste .

Worst Experience: Nothing.

From outside the hotel looks amazing. But the rooms are not great from inside. Its not very bad either. Service is decent. It has a good green cover. Cleanness wise it is ok. Not great not bad. But u have to go through the garbage dump before you reach the hotel. Also this is more of a hostel than a hotel which closes down at sharp 1030. After that you have to knock your balls out to get in..!! But nobody would want to stay in a hotel where somebody else can see you while taking bath. Look at the picture i have attached which demonstrates the open bathroom concept.

Best Experience: Nothing so great about the hotel

Worst Experience: The bathrooms are very badly constructed in terms of the windows. It is split wide open. Did not realize it completely initially. A hotel boy was trying to peep into the window when taking bath. It was a mental trauma. The owner was arrogant and not helpful at all when we reported the incident to him. It was a horrible experience. Have attached the photo of the window of the bathroom. The next door neighbor can easily peep in if he wanted to. Avoid this. You have a whole lot of good options along dal lake..

A great place to stay. Beautiful Property, great garden, courteous & well mannered staff. Checked in with my family i.e. wife & two kids. Were appointed a spacious room witha balcony. The services rendered by the staff is really great. Very tasy & quality food , quite a variety in Indian dishes & a limited but superb continental & chinese food. Beautiful garden full of flowers & greenery. Spent almost every evening of our vacation in the garden till quite late. U can have ur food either in the room or the garden or in the dining room.Room & bathroom was very clean. Every day the staff made the beds , changed the lenin & cleaned the bathrooms. Would like to recommend this hotel to every one.Had all the amenities one can think of.

Best Experience: BEAUTIFUL GARDEN None like what we see in Delhi or Mumbai

Worst Experience: Frequent Power Cuts but the hotel had all the backup facilities ready so that the guests had any Inconvenience
