Though the hotel has very strategic location near industrial area of pimpri-chinchvad, the hotel staff is not concerned about retaining customers. Rooms are not maintained up to the mark. One will find only one light working out of five in room and AC will be working frighteningly - resembling of horror movies. The staff has tendency to take things for granted and they do not show any concern about customer’s time. The hotel, of course, has a beautiful terrace restaurant from where one can have a beautiful view of the city. But this thing gets nullified with overall appearance and ambience of hotel. Available potentials are not used to its optimum. At the end of stay, customer will feel like treated casually.

Worst Experience: even after informing about my early check out on next morning, i had to do followups for hot water in morning. in their room service menu, they mention ginger tea and charge accordingly,where, ginger will be practically missing from the tea. but you will get the same tea again even after highlighting it
