the hotel was really good. the appearance of the hotel is great. the rooms interior is nice. food was nice. the staff were good. the service was a bit slow but manageable.

Overall good experience, nice place to stay for official tour its the best place.

although we had a short stay but overall had a great experience.....

they could not get the internet working & had to make costly mob phone colls

Worst Experience: they had the lift music on all night once they turned it off then another night workersaid that he could not turn it off so i moved to another room there was a mix up with flight & had to stay in my room for 7 more hours & i was charged full normal rates. there was a mix up with the bill i am still not sure what i paid for breakfast was supposer to be in the room??? i stayed 15 nights.taxi provided by the hotel was very dear I walked out into the road & barted taxi price & it varied from 5rupees to 100rupees
