Excellent hotel - royal and ethnic ambience and you feel like a king.

Best Experience: My check out was at 4 AM and the hotel organised a cab for drop at the airport and gave me a warm send-off. They organised very nice cultural shows.

Worst Experience: There cannot be any worst experience in this hotel.

It is not at all organised! Room service the worst! checkout option nill and no information desk to get know about Jaipur!

Worst Experience: Yes, No bed tea at room in the morning nor any room service to get tea before 0800hrs! Experience at the breakfast table was again the worst because no adequate suppy and had to wait for items and not much choice of items

It took us a while to locate the hotel,with many people redirecting us to others.But we made a right choice sticking to Umaid bhavan(3*).It is very beautiful,economical,clean and peaceful.

Best Experience: Food was excellent served on the roof top restaurant,we had prompt room service and helpful staff who guided us with directions and other support like arranging for guide etc.. I Would recommend it to all pleasure travellers.
