the overall experience is nice and satisfactory. The rooms are nice. service is better. bar is good.

The hotel is in close proximity to MG road, that is the only positive thing about this hotel.They say they are a 4 star hotel but the service standard is remnicent of a Guest house.My overall expierience at the hotel was horiffic to say the least.In the course of my stay of 24 hrs i had to change the room 3 times as the for the fourth time i was too tired to try another room, since it was almost midnight.The reason for this marathon was the constant hammering on the floor above and airconditioning in the rooms was non existent and the temp outside was 40\' c. And to top it off their response was \'thats the best we can do\'.you can change the hotel if u want.Talk about hospitality industry.

Best Experience: The only saving grace was their north indian resteaurent where the food was really good.
