the place is nice , a little expensive , the food is very good and the service was very very good, the place is neatly maintained,the rooms were good as well, evrything was right about the place.

I stayed for 03nights in this hotel,Location was good bcz very close to the town,hotel interiors are very nice,staff also co operative,totally its a nice stay for couples

hotel is little away from the city, ambience of the hotel is outstanding. Staff was friendly & cooperative. Room was ok, beds and all were not kept cleanly, hot water was not coming regularly.

Best Experience: The hotel is close to the river & ambience is awesome

Over all experience is good.The ambience is good, the service response is good, food is ok types. The rooms are small and problem of electricity is there. But due to good weather you can enjoy your stay.

Best Experience: The candle night dinner and flower bed was arranged very well. good for honeymoon couples to visit.

Worst Experience: didnt find

I liked Munnar compared to my other trips to other places. Staffs are very cordial towards their service, great hospitality, Rooms are very cozy ,comfortable, well maintained, location of the hotel is very pleasant and calm. Last but not the least food was good but not the best. Overall experience was good not as bad as the previous one.

Best Experience: Not best but can be best if tried is the level or quality of service and the rooms by adding few more required amenities.
