the service is completely sluggish, staff reluctant and lousy to do jobs.kitchen dpoes not prepare 70% of the stuff listed in the room menu. the manager himself is an arrogant guy. overall it was an extremely frustating experience.

Best Experience: i had left a written feedback at the desk, pl call for the same and go through it. i must tell u not to recommend this hotel to any guests in future or people will start losing confidence over u.

Worst Experience: there was nothing good at all!

The overall experience was good. Even though the renewation works were a little distraction, the rooms were serene and good. The restaurant is the best place in the hotel. One of the the main reasons I choose this hotel is that it is located very near to my Cochin office and it provides me a good access to the Cochin Railway station as well. Neways not a bad budget hotel choice

There are two hotels named Hotel Aiswarya, Aiswarya Hotel in Cochin. Be very careful when you give the address of your hotel as we went round half the Cochin just because the prepaid auto counter gave wrong slip and had to pay Rs 70 in place of Rs 15 and wasted about an hour to find the hotel. We stayed at Aiswarya Hotel, Lotus Club, Warriam Rd, Pallimukku, Ernakulam, Kerala, India. The hotel is very near to Station. The hotel had Benaras Restaurant which served all kinds of food. The reception counter did hassle free check in and out. The food quality was really good. We got Cochin Evening sight seeing Boat Tickets from the Reception counter itself (150 Per head). Boat jetty is very near to the hotel (rs. 15 by auto). Overall experience was good. The hotel was nearing there next pest control treatment as we did see 1-2 cockroaches in the toilet. The rooms were clean but ventilation was less.

Best Experience: The food and the attached Benaras Restaurant was very good. For tour operators and groups who have there own cook they had a hall for them.

Worst Experience: Nothing

We stayed at Iswarya for 02 days during week end (26-27 Jun), It was a pleasant experience got value for money. Staff always with smiling face.

Best Experience: Even though there was a total Bandh on 26 Jun 10 , The hotel could provide a good service in the restaurant taking all risks.
