Ooty is a really awesome destination to visit...the climate is really cold...the hotel is as beautiful as the place and was really impressed with the hospitality and the ambiance...
Best Experience: the management were really amazing people and will cherish every moment spend with them...

Hotel is not in the good location,ambience is quite good, service was pathetic, when i ordered cold water to drink they did not get only. After ordering tea we used to wait almost an hour to get it.Room was quite good, geyser was available in the bathroom, so there was no problem for hot water.
Worst Experience: Service was poor, it was not worth the money paid

very nice location of the resort was the best part.room was very good.view of the valley from the room was super.the service was ok not bad not very good.the food was moderate.overall a good experience at ooty and fernhill sterling
