Hotel Nivethas Inn This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Beware!!!
I usually do not write anything bad about anyone but this hotel was really bad. We went to pollachi for a function and decided to stay in this hotel since it looked nice from outside and in a good location. When we checked in to the room at 7 pm (with 2 small kids utterly tired and it was the AC Suite), there was no water in the bathroom. We kept calling the reception and no body picked up. We went to the reception and told them the problem. They told us they'll rectify the problem in 5 min and the watchman was off and that is the reason the motor was not switched on. After about an hr again nothing happened and the kids were holding their nature's call. Again we do the routine and bashing a person came in to the room to check and then the tank above. Some water lock had happened and he released it and ofcourse he exchanged bad words and looks. I was not comfortable.
The worst nightmare was around 12.30 in the night we heard a few people opening our windows. My husband shouted and then they ran away. Security is very very poor. Next morning we had to leave at 6 and again "NO WATER". calling and calling they attended to us at 7.
