We had to visit 5 navgraha temples out of 9 at kumbakonam as suggested by our astrologer. We driven by car to kumbakonam via salem , namakaal route to kumbakonam we reached in 7 hours. We started at 5.00am morning from bangalore & reached kumbakonam at 2.00pm. We stayed at Kumabakonam homestay very good accommodation . Tariff we paid Rs. 1100/- inclusive of all taxes for 3 adults , double bed room A/C, Dinning hall etc. I strongly recommend this home stay. Never take hotel accommodation near bus stop & other city.
