I have stayed here 4 times in the past few years, the location is central and very near temple. Sad to say that the service has deteriorated a little over the past years. Overall i still like this hotel

The experience with the staff was excellent. The reception ensured us a room in the ground floor as one of us could not climb stairs. Right from booking to our check out co-operation was there. The food was wholesome and yes tasty yet being affordable. We had taken the MAP plan with both breakfast and dinner included and that turned out to be good bet. What more we ended having lunch also there as it turns out to be the better one in Kodai! The exteriors are fashionable done, the Royal suite has 2 LCD TVs and the room service was good and personal.
