It has one of the most beautiful beaches along the coast of South Africa. The serenity of the place is further highlighted by the greenery that one can see all around oneself. It is a good place to make a base to see nearby Knysna lagoon and Outdshorn, famous for its Ostrich farms. There are a lot of hotels overlooking the sea that one can choose to stay in. The Hotel is located overlooking the beach and one only needs to climb down some steps to reach... .. The Hotel is located overlooking the beach and one only needs to climb down some steps to reach the beach. The beach itself is very serene and calm, and one can just spend hours sitting there. The Hotel has a lovely garden, swimming pool and nice benches overlooking the beach. The food is very good and the breakfast is very elaborate. The staff is also very courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious and one can always request for a room facing the beach. Other tourist places such as Outdshorn and Kynsna can be visited by making the hotel a base. More » « Hide

A simply wonderful hotel - believed to be the largest Log-Inn in South Africa. The decor of the... .. A simply wonderful hotel - believed to be the largest Log-Inn in South Africa. The decor of the hotel was brilliant - the rooms as well as the lobby and outdorrs. It is located very close to the waterfront - just a short walk away. The service of the hotel staff was excellent.
