We happened to stay in Ginger Mysore in 2011.
The location is the best, very close to Bus station and major tourist attraction and at the same time located in quiet and serene surroundings.
I have stayed in Ginger Mysore for few times now and I can recommend it for family stay and business stay for any one visiting Mysore. They have clean rooms and baths. The only issue I can point out is the LCD T.V is small. The location is near to Mysore zoo and they have parking space available in the hotel compound.
