Hotel location is remote from main market but its worth it due to peaceful and scenic suroundings. Flamingo is standard rate hotel, has good ambience but hasnt been serviced and maintained well enough. Hotel staff is friendly though service is not up the mark. Especially hotel Manager wasnt hospitable and courtious enough. We had honeymoon package with additional services like welcome drink on arrival with fruit basket which wasnt offered on arrival but on next day after a reminder, even post that it was returned by me since it had 3 bananas and handful of pale grapes!!! . Instead of cooling welcome drink we were offered coffee/tea which was disappointting after long journey. Also kesar milk wasnt provided as per package we paid for instead plain and watery milk was given (after reminder) which had to be requested for a chocolate milk in exchange which was billed at check out and had to be discounted after i objected!! Overall had an average experience except for the view from the hotel which was worth the money spent :-)
