It is a perfect place for a quiet week-end gate-away, especially from Chennai. It took us around 1 and half hours to drive down to the place from our place in OMR, Chennai. The check-in process was smooth. There is ample space to park your vehicle. Rooms are basic. Toilets are clean and with hot water supply. They've separate swimming pools for ladies and men, and even for the kids. The place gives you a country -living kind of experience, especially with the cottage living experience. The cottages are small, with a sit-out area where you can just sit and relax, may be read and soak in the nature. The restaurant is spacious and modern, with surprisingly tasty food. However, they take a long time to serve, atleast 30-40 minutes after taking order. There's no room-service or intercom-they can add that. On asking, they serve tea in room though. Breakfast, which is complementary, has limited options, predominantly south-Indian.
