The Premier residency has a lift and a veg restaurant and the other one doesn't have a lift and has a non-veg restaurant. Walking distance(2 min) from the Rabindranath Tagore beach. Nearby to shopping area/super markets(just in case). Rooms were good, pretty neat and clean. They were accommodative to make an A/C room as non-A/C(maybe lean season). The reception also helped in arranging for a vehicle very early in the morning for us to leave. Room service was prompt the one time that we used it. Restaurant food was very good. Paneer was soft and our family liked the taste. Reasonably priced (atleast when compared to cities). On the same road we tried a sea food restaurant(Parvati Fish Land). This was very good. The bathroom should have better ventilation. Already maintenance was lacking (with not well secured seat in one of the toilets). The view from the rooms was good.
