This was the worst resort we have been to. Its not even a resort as it does not have even the minimum of resort facilities. The rooms which is displayed on the website are the only rooms available at this place. We did not see any other roomsa over here. The rooms did not have basic amenities like TV or telephone. To call for room service you have to press a switch which is not functional most of the time. The rooms are far off from the reception. Infact they dont even have a decent reception room, they have reception room and the restaurant attached. It actually gave a feel of small town restaurant. Worst of all the road leading to this resort are not safe. Infact there is no road for at least 200-500 meter stretch. its almost on a mountain top, so while going to the resort our car was almost upside down as the lanes were very steep. It is highly isolated and the resort owner has made all arrangements to fool the customer. As it is an isolated place its expected that there should be some transport atleast till the vicinity of the munnar town. However its not there and you have to request for some transport from the owner on a very high cost (he take a charge which is equivalent to one days siteseeing in munnar and that too only for a drop/pick up in the town). Food is also frustrating and he had only two people in the whole resort to take care of the tourists (one of whom is receptonist cum waiter cum room service cum cook cum manager). There is also no security as the resort has no boundary walls.
