This place is for people who are ready to compromise on luxury and want a calm weekend gateway. The place is extremely calm, touching the virgin beach of nagoan. The best part of the resort is the beach is just 10 steps from resort and it is not crowded too. Extremely relaxing and calm. The food is good too, we got nice home cooked konkani style food. There are hardly 8 rooms so you have a fair amount of privacy. The only draw back is the rooms are not clean. It is not worse but slightly dusty. Do not expect a hotel bed, they have simple bed, wodrobe, TV and a fridge. You can relax on the shacks in the coconut trees in front of the room. Overall good but do not expect luxury.
