Horrible services. I do not know how Starwood allows such type of mis-managed properties to use... .. Horrible services. I do not know how Starwood allows such type of mis-managed properties to use their name. They have a bunch of jokers at reception, Peshawari and Taj Bano. Third class service. ITC should either change the staff or close down this hotel/give it Tatas for better management. More » « Hide
