Excellent ambiance. Silence in the theme of the surroundings. Have a great garden. The approach road climbs a hill and reaches the hotel on the top which is very interesting. Have a very Royal feeling when you walk along the portico and get inside the hotel then walk along the corridors to your respective rooms. It is very convenient for the boarders who want to have late night stroll in the market downstairs which is very lively & vibrant. As it was X-mas time the lights and decorations highlighted the view and if some wants to stay indoors and enjoy the noise below, just you have to look outside through the glass panels. The Hotel do not have lots of space but have utilised to the fullest what ever space the have which includes car park. The front desk was manned by prompt and smart girls who understands your need quickly. As my family checked in after a whole day sightseeing, we were very tired and the dealing of the hotel staffs were very handy. They also offered us courtesy breakfast in the morning which was of a very high quality. The dinner was also nice and hygenic. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to visit Shillong.
