The first issue I had with the hotel was the area where the hotel was. It was in the middle of a leather and spice market. It was a proper Mandi(Market) region. The roads were congested, they were dirty and loud. An odd place to have a hotel. That in itself is a big enough turnoff for a tourist.
Before leaving for agra, i had contact one of the owners and told him about my itinerary, but upon going there, I realize that the hotel was not aware of my conversation with the owner. But the room was allotted.
The room totally looked like a room from some sleazy hindi movie. The bed was at a one feet distance from the toilet and the wall (pic uploaded).
Somehow we just passed a night and left early next morning.

Room in which i stayed was huge. Way bigger than a normal 2 people room.
Bathroom was neat and clean but the tub was broken, but that didnt matter since i have no fancies for bathtubs.
Conveniently located near where the Delhi Rajasthan bus dropped us, took about 10 mins in an auto and a very decent locality too.
They have a tie up with a tour guide who showed us about 7-8 places in jaipur (a full day trip), very nice guide too.
