I was not too impressed with Dandeli. We went to Dandeli expecting a lot but it turned out to be..... I was not too impressed with Dandeli. We went to Dandeli expecting a lot but it turned out to be a little boring. To top that, everything is expensive. Just a visit to the Cavala caves is charged very exhorbitantly at 475/- per person ( and for a safari, without caves, its 400/- ). They say its charged by the Central Govt. But its definitely NOT worth it. I have never seen a National Park charging so much. More » « Hide

I visited Dalhousie in Feb and it was a good experience. Beautiful views, great weather, peaceful... .. I visited Dalhousie in Feb and it was a good experience. Beautiful views, great weather, peaceful walks. Could not visit Khajjiar though. Should visit in March if you want to do that. The experience in the hotel was not bad too.
