This hotel is at a close proximity to the dal lake,rooms are good,hotel has it\'s own lawn,geyser for hot water is controlled by the hotelier for a fixed time for running hot water.the hotel doesn\'t have a kitchen of it\'s own.they serve tea on request but one have to wait for minimum 30/40minutes for tea & before 8am you won\'t get tea.service is very poor.you have to bargain for the room rents.
