Years ago, it was a good hotel, but now has lost its glory. After reading negative comments about this property, I sent an email to the hotel and also telephoned them for their version on such comments, as I had made a booking for this hotel. Each time I was told that the Gen Manager of the hotel is busy and will be replying in a day or two. FREE WiFi - There is no wi-fi in this hotel for customers. I was told that they have instructions from local Police Deptt to not to provide wifi services in rooms and wifi is available in lobby only. I was there from 9 March Afternoon to 11 March forenoon, wifi not available even for a SECOND. Further their is no electricity charging point. You are expected to charge your laptop in your room only. BATH AREA:- bath area is just 1'6" wide and you are unable even to move your arm, let alone comfortable bathing. In bathroom toiletries only a small soap and shampoo is given. No shaving kit or dental kit is given. Similar is the case for tea/coffee maker. I was assured that tea/coffee maker will be supplied, but it never arrived in my room. The Gen Manager of the Hotel said of their would be stake sale to Sarovar group, this may be one of the reason of promoters not attending to customer grievances. The hotel is also habitual of overcharging. First double charges for single breakfast were made and when contested were withdrawn. I was asked to make the payment. When I made the payment, I asked for bill vouchers. Two vouchers of INR 77 each were missing. No explanation was tendred for the missing bills. Overall my experience was HORRIBLE and it is my sincere advice to avoid this hotel. More » « Hide

An excellent hotel, truly a 5 star one in room service and hospitality. Rates are exorbitant, but you have no option. The only draw back was "Fruit Basket". These days you get "Fruit Basket" even in three and four star hotels. It was surprising that during two night / three day stay, no fruit basket was sent in my room. The linen was good. Air conditioning was OK. Highly recommended for re-visiting it again. More » « Hide

Building structure and maintenance are marvelous. Indeed the Rathore clan brothers Ran Vijay and Karan deserve special mention for running such a deluxe hotel with 95% PASS marks. Most of the rooms have private balconies with sofa chairs to relax plus glass tables. The rooms has been elegantly designed. The rooms have mini refrigeration too. All rooms have LCD television screens. The rooms are conditioned. The rooms have clean linen and attached bathrooms are exceptionally hygienic. The washrooms have separate shower area. The hotel has more than 70% of foreign tourists, out of the total inflow of guests. Hotels has its own swimming pool on ground floor of the hotel with crystal clear water. But beware, the rooms has no tea/coffee makers- which is the need of the day. Similarly shaving/dental kits are not provided. Though it is truly value for money and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all visitors to the Pink City of India. More » « Hide

The outlook of the hotel is charming. The rooms are fine in decor, with Rajputana interiors. The rooms are most comfortable. Washrooms are clean with separate shower areas. All rooms are conditioned and occupied with safe and mini bars. Sorry no tea/coffee makers in any room. You can order room service for tea at a hefty rate. More » « Hide
