II. Calf Raise
 
Stand with your legs more than hip distance apart.
   
Slowly raise your heels and come up on your toes. Raise your arms above your head as you come up on your toes.
   
Hold to the count of 2. Return to starting position.
   
Keep your breathing nice and even - inhale as you go up and exhale sasyou come down.
   
Do 2 sets of 6 repetitions = 2 x 6 = 12 in all.
